Newsletter No.2 - 18th September 2014

It has been another busy and productive week at Westbury Infant School. We would like to let you know of the following events organised with the WISH committee coming up next week….. Friday 26th September MacMillan Coffee Morning 9.00-10.30am Please come and enjoy cake and coffee after you have dropped off your children and raise money for Cancer Support. Friday 26th September Cake Sale after school to raise funds towards the Year 2 school trip to SS Great Britain. Please bring donated cakes for either event to the main entrance on Friday morning. The WISH committee are actively looking for new members who can help raise funds to benefit the school and buy new resources for the children. We are currently planning Christmas events and would love to have some new members. Ask in the school office if you are interested. Reminder Families are very welcome to stay on site after school has ended and play on the Trim Trail. Please make sure that your children are being supervised, as the Children’s Centre are finding strays in their play rooms who shouldn’t be there. The Children’s Centre are very happy for children to use the toilet if needed or for parents to come in for a chat, but children should not be in the play rooms please. Thank you.
